I read the most awesome book recently called, The Noticer. Author Andy Andrews says that, "The Noticer is rooted in the belief that our time on earth is a gift to be used wisely and one of the best ways to use that gift is by noticing those who have made an impact in our lives". That's what I hope to do this year. I want to notice EVERYTHING for 365 days - All of the God moments in my life - All of the friends and family that surround me - and as always, every bit of the funny that goes on in this world. Hope you enjoy and YOU become a noticer too.

Goodbye EARL!

Day #121:
Today I noticed the memory is an amazing gift God gave us and when triggered, you can't help but smile at some things. For instance, today as I was driving to the mall, I was flipping around on the radio and heard the song "Goodbye Earl". This made me laugh becuase it made me think of my mom. She bought me the cassette tape when it first came out. We loved this song. Mainly because she said if my husband ever hit me, she would kill him. She would feed him poisioned black-eyed peas and dump his body in the lake... Like the chicks in the song. It was great. And a really funny song. :0)
