I read the most awesome book recently called, The Noticer. Author Andy Andrews says that, "The Noticer is rooted in the belief that our time on earth is a gift to be used wisely and one of the best ways to use that gift is by noticing those who have made an impact in our lives". That's what I hope to do this year. I want to notice EVERYTHING for 365 days - All of the God moments in my life - All of the friends and family that surround me - and as always, every bit of the funny that goes on in this world. Hope you enjoy and YOU become a noticer too.

GRANDMA!!











Day #22:
Today, I once again reaffirmed the fact that I want to be just like my Grandma when I grow up. She is awesome beyond awesome. The funniest and sweetest old lady I know. She never ceases to crack me up and has more love than you could ever imagine. Here she is, 4 hours into the New Year (and her birthday) just after I had totaled my car. She had breakfast ready when we got to her house... went and got a biscuit and told us to sing. I had botched her most wonderful birthday I had planned, but she made the best of it. Later on that afternoon, we made our way to a gas station and I found some chocolate cupcakes. We put her some candles in and sang again for her second birthday. She's a hoot. :0)
